Pre Building (Capital gain) Investment

This investment method concerns the fact that real estate value in Thailand increases in accordance with time, it is more expensive when it is about to finish than the time it is first built. Using small funds to invest in real estate is possible by reserving the room early during sale period (presale phase), and then reselling (resale) before its completion (registration). Especially, in the case of Bangkok and neighboring provinces, the amount of deposit, contract payment and down-payment is only about 10-20% of the total price, posing lesser risks to the buyer and making it easier to invest on condominium units or real estate by only using a small amount of money.
